Founded in 2021 by Rida Shamim and Madiha Shamim, Remire emerged from the growing necessity to simplify global hiring and management processes that companies face when trying to scout and manage talent globally. Before Remire, businesses struggled with varying compliance laws, complex payroll systems, and diverse employee benefits management, which fragmented their operations and sapped efficiency.
